We are excited to collaborate with Miesje and her amazing talent to bring you sound therapy and halotherapy together for a truly enchanting experience! Miesje uses crystal singing bowls and other instruments that have been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, stimulates the immune system, assists in lowering blood pressure and anger, deep relaxation and pain relief, cleanse and balance the chakra, calm over active adrenals, increases mental and emotional clarity and the list goes on! Come immerse yourself in the sounds! This event is small, just 8 slots so book early! Class is $35 per person and is a 45 minute session.

 Join Jodi inside the Salt Cave to discover why meditation is so powerful. Meditation decreases stress and anxiety, increases intelligence and an overall sense of wellbeing. Can support better sleep, easier coping and decrease feelings of reactivity. Making meditation a daily practice is like building muscles in the gym; it takes dedication and persistence. Meditation is not meant to distract us from our thoughts and problems but to allow us to sit with them, get to know them and be ok with them. There are many types of mediation and not all of them work for everyone. It’s important to try out what’s available to find what works for you. These meditations Jodi offers will cover many types and are meant to be a building block to your own meditative practice. Each class is uniquely different than the other, so many join us each class! Come as you are and leave a better prepared version of you. Jodi’s Bio: CMT, RMT, certified Traditional Usui Reiki Master and teacher, Certified teacher of Meditation and Mindfulness and Nurse by trade.  Classes are $35 per person for a 45 minute session.
