Important changes starting June 1, 2021. Due to Covid, we changed from a group setting to a private setting. We will now offer both, HOWEVER, CAVE DOORS WILL CLOSE ON THE HOUR EVERY HOUR SO PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY AS ONCE THE DOORS CLOSE WE CANNOT OPEN THEM FOR THOSE WHO ARE LATE. We will offer group settings of up to 8 people for $25 per person for a 45 minute session. If you prefer a private setting, it is $35 per person. HOWEVER, if you have at least 8 people, we will offer the $25 rate and can allow up to 10 people. Thank you and Stay Salty!
Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is where 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride (salt) is ground and crushed by a machine called a halogenerator into very tiny microparticles. These dry aerosol microparticles of salt are then dispersed into the room. As an individual relaxes, the microparticles are inhaled. The particles penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli to aid respiratory concerns, while the non-inhaled salt particles are absorbed by the body to combat skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and acne.
Improves lung function
Increases blood oxygen
Aids in recovery
Alleviates skin irritation
Helps to alleviates stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD
The Cave and the Zen Room offer the same salt therapy. Both sessions are 45 minutes long and $25 per person. The biggest difference is the cave is a 430 square foot cave with stalactites hanging from the ceiling, four inches of salt on the floor and the walls are made of chunks of Himalayan salt. The Zen Room is more of a traditional room with a Japanese Zen garden décor. The other big difference is that we offer the foot detox (a warm foot bath) in the Zen Room for an additional $10 but do not offer it in the Cave.
Caves sessions: $25 per person (maximum of 10 people)
Zen Room: $25 per person (maximum of 3 people). Foot detox is an additional $10 per person
Yoga classes in the cave: $35 per person (maximum of 5 people)
Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna: $1 per minute per person
Massages: $50 for 30 minute massage, $85 for 60 minutes and $130 for 90 minutes
The cave is kept at 70 degrees. That’s a little on the cool side, but we do provide blankets that are laundered between each session. Also. If you are looking for relief from a skin affliction such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or acne, you’ll want to leave those parts of your body uncovered if at all possible. Otherwise, just dress comfortably!
